How long does delivery take?
Our average delivery time is 25-35 minutes depending on your location and order volume. During peak times (Friday and Saturday evenings), delivery may take up to 45 minutes. We'll always give you an estimated time when you place your order.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
The minimum order value for delivery is β¬12.00. This ensures we can provide efficient delivery service to all our customers. There's no minimum order for collection - you can pick up any order size from our store!
How much is delivery?
Delivery is β¬2.50 for orders within our standard delivery zone (0-4km). For Zone C (4-5km), the delivery fee is β¬3.50. Great news - delivery is FREE on all orders over β¬25! Look out for special free delivery promotions throughout the year.
Can I schedule a delivery for later?
Yes! You can schedule your delivery up to 7 days in advance. When ordering online or through our app, simply select "Schedule for Later" and choose your preferred date and time slot. Perfect for parties and events!
What payment methods do you accept for delivery?
We accept all major credit and debit cards online, as well as cash on delivery. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal when ordering through our website or app. Our delivery drivers carry change for cash payments up to β¬50.
What if I'm not home when the driver arrives?
Our driver will call you when they arrive. If they can't reach you, they'll wait 5 minutes before moving on. You can add delivery instructions (like "leave at door" or "call on arrival") when placing your order. If your order can't be delivered, please contact us at +353 87 775 2859.
